Notification of the dividend payment and book closing date of Pinthong Industrial Park
Property Fund (PPF)
SCB Asset Management Co., Ltd., the Management Company of Pinthong Industrial Park Property Fund (PPF), would like to inform the dividend payment of PPF and book closing date with details as follows:
That the dividend payment of Pinthong Industrial Park Property Fund (PPF) for the operation period from April 1, 2022 to June 30, 2022 would be at the rate of Baht 0.1700 per unit, and the payment date will be on September 5, 2022 and
That the Fund will determine the right of unitholders who are entitled to receive dividend by closing the investment unit register book to suspend the transfers of investment units on August 18, 2022.

Pinthong Industrial Park Property Fund is a Thailand-based closed-end property fund. The Fundâs objectives are to raise funds from general investors and to use the proceeds from such fundraising to purchase, lease and/or sublease immovable properties. The Fund takes the transfers of the ownership and/or leasehold rights and/or sub-leasehold rights of the properties to seek benefits from those properties by way of letting, subletting, transferring and/or disposing of them. The Fund invests in properties in three industrial estates, including Pinthong Industrial Estate, Pinthong Industrial Estate (Laem Chabang) and Pinthong Industrial Estate (Project 3) and are located on Bypass-Laem Chabang Road, which is in the Sri Racha district, Chonburi province. The Fund is managed by SCB Asset Management Company Limited.
