Pinthong Industrial Park Property Fund reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was THB 54.87 million compared to THB 49.52 million a year ago. Revenue was THB 55.34 million compared to THB 50.37 million a year ago. Net income was THB 43.7 million compared to THB 40.72 million a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was THB 154 million compared to THB 150.42 million a year ago. Revenue was THB 155.12 million compared to THB 151.54 million a year ago. Net income was THB 125.87 million compared to THB 125.29 million a year ago.
Pinthong Industrial Park Property Fund is a Thailand-based closed-end property fund. The Fundâs objectives are to raise funds from general investors and to use the proceeds from such fundraising to purchase, lease and/or sublease immovable properties. The Fund takes the transfers of the ownership and/or leasehold rights and/or sub-leasehold rights of the properties to seek benefits from those properties by way of letting, subletting, transferring and/or disposing of them. The Fund invests in properties in three industrial estates, including Pinthong Industrial Estate, Pinthong Industrial Estate (Laem Chabang) and Pinthong Industrial Estate (Project 3) and are located on Bypass-Laem Chabang Road, which is in the Sri Racha district, Chonburi province. The Fund is managed by SCB Asset Management Company Limited.
