Players Network Signs Content Licensing and Distribution Agreements with M3X Media, Inc

Players Network announced that it has signed Content Licensing and Distribution Agreements with M3X Media, Inc. M3X's Cloud CDN will be integrated with Players Network's proprietary Enterprise Web Platform, enabling the Company to bundle the Content and launch its "Channels-Plus" strategy, in numerous Lifestyle Categories, on any internet connected device in the world. In addition, M3X's Founder/CVO, Jim Devericks, will advise Players Network's Management and Board of Directors during the initial stages of the working relationship between the two Companies. The Content includes up to 15,000 hours of professionally produced Movies and Television series in numerous Lifestyle Categories, such as Extreme Sports, Music, Cooking, Kids and dozens more. This revenue sharing licensing agreement will allow Players Network to use this massive amount of quality programming to attract viewers to its various newly created Channels-Plus Platform.
