PLS Plantations Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company and its subsidiaries are involved in the management and operation of forest plantation, oil palm and durian plantations, as well as the processing, distribution, and sale of durian products. The Company's segments include Construction, Plantation, and Manufacturing and Trading. It is engaged in the management and operation of forest plantation, logging, saw milling, chipping and other downstream manufacturing and related activities, and operation of oil palm plantation. It is engaged in the management, operation, maintenance and harvesting of durian plantations (including contract farming) and in other durian related businesses. It is involved in the trading of fresh and processed fruits, timber products and retail business. The Company is engaged in civil engineering and construction work of earthwork and building and plantation contracting.
