The Management Board of Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń Spółka Akcyjna ("PZU SA", "Company") hereby announces the dates of publishing periodic reports in the 2019 financial year.

Annual report:

 standalone annual report and the consolidated annual report for the 2018 financial year - 13 March 2019.

Quarterly reports containing condensed standalone financial information:

•  consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2019 - 14 May 2019,

•  consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2019 - 14 November 2019.

Interim report containing condensed standalone financial information:



consolidated interim report for the first half of 2019 - 29 August 2019.

The Company's Management Board reports that pursuant to § 79 section 2 of the Regulation issued by the Finance Minister of 29 March 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent ("Regulation") the Company will not publish a consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2018, nor a consolidated quarterly report for the second quarter of 2019.

At the same time, the Company declares that pursuant to § 62 section 1 of the Regulation it will not publish standalone quarterly reports. Consolidated quarterly reports will contain quarterly condensed consolidated financial statements and quarterly financial information.

The Company will also not publish a standalone interim report pursuant to § 62 section 3 of the Regulation.

Legal basis: § 80 section 1 of the Regulation issued by the Finance Minister of 29 March 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
