PRAP Japan, Inc. (JASDAQ:2449) agreed to acquire 51% stake in POINTS. SG PTE. LTD. from Akira Yamamoto and three others on November 20, 2019. The share transfer agreement date is planned to be in December, 2019. As at year ended June 30, 2019, POINTS. SG had net asset of SGD 0.19 million and total asset of SGD 0.38 million. For the year ended June 30, 2019, POINTS. SG had revenue of SGD 0.96 million and operating profit of SGD 0.03 million. The transaction is expected to complete in February 2020.
PRAP Japan, Inc. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the public relations (PR) business. The PR business offers communication services, including media relations, corporate communication, marketing communication, investor relations, internal communication, public acceptance, community relations, culture communication and digital PR services, as well as consulting services including crisis communication, communication training, issue management, communication consulting and digital communication services. It also provides event communication services and visual communication services, among others.
