PRAP Japan, Inc. (JASDAQ:2449) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 110,000 shares, representing 2.71% of its issued share capital (excluding treasury stock), at ¥1,328 per share, for ¥146.08 million. The purpose of the program is to implement an agile capital policy in response to changes in the business environment. The program will run until July 21, 2021. As of May 30, 2021, the company had 4,064,182 shares in issue (excluding treasury stock) and 614,828 shares in treasury.
