Protecta S.A. Compañía de Seguros announced that it expects to receive PEN 0.25 million in funding from Inversiones Security Perú S.A.C., Grupo ACP Inversiones y Desarrollo

Protecta S.A. Compañía de Seguros announced a private placement of 25,000,000 common shares at a price of S / 0.01 per share for gross proceeds of S / 250,000 an April 16, 2018. The shares have a nominal value of S / 1.00 per share. The transaction will include participation from existing investors Inversiones Security Perú S.A.C., having 61% stake in the company and Grupo ACP Inversiones y Desarrollo, having 39% stake in the company. The transaction has been approved at the General Shareholder’s meeting of the company.
