PT Dyamall Graha Utama announced that it expects to receive IDR 9.73 billion in funding from PT Dyandra Media International Tbk and other investors.

PT Dyamall Graha Utama announced a private placement of 9,732,000 common shares at IDR 1,000 per share for gross proceeds of IDR 9,732,000,000 on May 26, 2014. The transaction will include participation from existing investor PT Dyandra Media International Tbk, which will invest for 9,730,610 shares and individual investors, Danny Budiharto and Rina Reina Andayani Hidayah Radinal Maskum, who will invest for 695 shares each in the transaction. On the same date, the transaction was approved by the shareholders of PT Dyandra Media International Tbk.

Upon completion of the transaction, the registered capital of the company will increase by IDR 9,732,000,000 from IDR 17,494,200,000 to IDR 27,226,200,000.
