The Company manufactures and trades cement, clinker, bricks, stones, roofing sheets and concrete fabricated modules. It is also engaged in the mining, processing and trading of coal in Quang Ninh Province, Vietnam. Other activities include industrial and infrastructure construction, coastal and inland water freight transportation, cargo handling and cement packaging manufacturing. The Company is also engaged in hotel and restaurant operations. During the year ended December 31, 2012, 75.97% of its revenue came from sale of construction materials. As of December 31, 2012, the Company had three subsidiaries and six enterprises.
