An unknown Buyer agreed to acquire 150,000 shares in Drageus Games SA and 320,000 shares in Sonka SA from QubicGames S.A. (WSE:QUB) for a total consideration of PLN 0.70 million on August 31, 2018. QubicGames S.A. (WSE:QUB) will hold 8.15% stake in Drageus and 17.42% stake in Sonka, after the transaction closes.
