At the regular meeting held on Feb. 26, 2015, the supervisory board of R. STAHL AG unanimously elected 49-year-old engineer Heiko Stallboerger as the new Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Stallboerger succeeds Hans-Volker Stahl, who has held the office of Chairman of the Supervisory Board for the past 22 years.

At the age of 68, he will step down from the Supervisory Board at the end of the Annual General Meeting, which will be held on May 22, 2015. Heiko Stallboerger has been a member of the Supervisory Board of the company since 2013 and has already been familiar with R. STAHL for more than 25 years through his family links. Stallboerger, born in 1966, studied aerospace engineering at the University of Stuttgart.
