Real Estate Investors Plc announced that in accordance with its progressive dividend policy, REI will pay a fully covered first quarter of 2023 dividend of 0.625 pence per share for the period 1 April 2023 to 30 June 2023 (Q1 2022: 0.8125 pence per share). The payment will be made on 28 July 2023 to all shareholders on the register as at 1 July 2023. The ex-dividend date will be 6 July 2023.
This dividend will be an Ordinary Distribution.
