Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Redhall Group plc (AIM: RHL), the specialist engineering support services group, announces that it has today appointed James Dominic Brooke (43) as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.

Jamie is currently a fund manager at Henderson, in the Henderson Volantis Team.  Funds managed by Henderson currently hold 13,587,179 ordinary shares of 25p each in Redhall, representing approximately 27.69% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Jamie was previously at Gartmore, 3i Plc and Quester. He is currently a non-executive director on the board of four other quoted companies: Renovo Plc, Chapel Down Group Plc, Oryx International Growth Fund plc and NetDimensions Holdings Limited.
