4.Reason for the change:Due to the creditors of the convertible corporate
bonds applied for conversion to common shares, the outstanding shares
of the company have changed. According to the resolution
the chairman is authorized to adjust the dividend payout ratio
from the general shareholders' meeting on June 10, 2022.
