Karibi-Whyte, CFR as a director and Chairman of the Board of the company, the Board at its meeting held on 5 March 2015 appointed Chief Bayo Adejumo as the Acting Chairman. Chief Adebayo Adejumo is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and a seasoned Business man.
He has been on the company's Board since 21 July 2005.
