Bond issue (ISIN n. IT0005317174) reserved for professional investors issued by Aedes SIIQ S.p.A. - Exercise of the faculty of extension of the term of duration

Milan 8 May 2019 - Aedes SIIQ S.p.A. announces that today the Board of Directors has resolved, to avail itself of the faculty to extend the duration of the bond loan with ISIN n. IT0005317174 (following the "Bond Loan") established pursuant to art. 6 of the Bond Loan Regulation.

In particular, due to the exercise of the aforementioned faculty by Aedes SIIQ S.p.A. the duration of the Bond, previously scheduled until June 20, 2019 (the "Original Expiry Date"), will be extended until December 20, 2020 (the "Extended Expiration Date"). For the effect, pursuant to art. 7 of the Bond Loan Regulation, the nominal fixed annual interest rate applicable to the bonds from the Original Maturity Date up to the Extended Maturity Date will pass from the fixed annual gross nominal rate of 5% to the gross annual nominal fixed rate of 5.5 %.

Lastly, it should be noted that the Board of Directors in the resolution adopted today also gave a mandate to the Chief Executive Officer and the Chairman of the Board of Directors, granting them all the powers necessary for the purpose of executing the extension decision and to implement the consequent amendments to the adjustment of the Bond Loan Regulation, including the modification of the latter's name from "AEDES SIIQ SPA 5% 2017-2019 "to" AEDES SIIQ S.P.A. 2017-2020 ", as well as to put in place all the related obligations, including for information purposes.
