Revenio Group Oyj Proposes Dividend for the Year Ended December 31, 2023, Payable on April 15, 2024

Revenio Group Oyj announced The Board of Directors proposes to the General Meeting that a dividend of EUR 0.38 per share be paid for the financial period 2023. The dividend will be paid to shareholders who, on the record date of the dividend payment of April 8, 2024, are registered in the shareholders' register of the company, maintained by Euroclear Finland Ltd. The Board of Directors proposes that the dividend payment date be April 15, 2024.
Revenio Group Oyj, formerly Done Solutions Oyj, is a Finland-based company primarily engaged in the health technology segment.
