ReWay Group SpA is an Italy-based company engaged in the road and highway construction industry. The Company provides its customers with rehabilitation and maintenance services of motorway tunnels, as well as viaducts. The Company’s viaduct restoration activities include intrados and extrados hydro demolition, scaffolding, sandblasting, laying of mortars for restoration, laying of carbon fibers for structural reinforcements protective treatments of concrete, lifting of decks, shoring and replacement of support devices, prestressing with bars or strands, etc. The Company’s tunnel restoration activities include hydro demolition of concrete, mechanical milling, etc. In addition, the Company produces steel and aluminum cladding, complete with waterproofing and restoration with the aid of mortars, as well as lighting engineering cladding and varnishing.
