Reworld Media reports sales of €549m for 2023, up 8.6% on 2022.

In 2023, the Group accelerated the development of its international activities. For the full year, 31% of consolidated sales were generated outside France, up +36% on 2022.

EBITDA fell by 12.1% between 2022 and 2023 to ME 59.3, with EBITDA margin down from 13.3% in 2022 to 10.8% in 2023.

EBIT fell by 10% to 58.1 ME.

Net income, Group share, came to 24.2 ME, down -43.7%.

In 2024, Reworld Media will maintain its strategic focus on developing the Group, growing internationally and strengthening its CSR commitment, while continuing to manage its activities rigorously.

After 12 years of successful market consolidation in Europe, the Group remains open to external growth opportunities.
