RightBridge Ventures Group AB (publ) announced the election of Kin-Wai Lau, Mads Jørgensen and Carl Falkenberg as new members of the Board of Directors. Mads Jørgensen was elected Chairman of the Board. As Board members Kenneth Arnström, Stefan Lindeberg and Johan Rooth have previously announced that they will leave the Board, the Board will consist of Mads Jørgensen (Chairman), Kin-Wai Lau, Magnus Leppäniemi and Carl Falkenberg.

In the mobile gaming industry, Mads Jørgensen founded Zellsoft in 2000 together with the Tir 1 mobile operator in Denmark TDC. The partnership allowed two major mergers with other mobile gaming companies in Europe over the years and operates under the name Atchik Realtime. Mads also co-founded the mobile content aggregator Rezet.net and bought brands such as Disney, Cartoon Network and Warner Bros.

Carl Falkenberg has over 25 years of experience in retail banking for SEB. In a number of leadership roles, the last few years as CEO of SEB A/S in Copenhagen.

Carl Falkenberg is currently active in corporate transactions and board work as well as investments. M.Sc. in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Lund.

Kin-Wai Lau is a tech investor and entrepreneur with extensive experience in Asia and Europe. Kin Wai founded his first company at the age of 23 and he has since built companies in internet media, software, gaming, and technology. He was named by the media as one of the youngest CEOs of a publicly traded company in Southeast Asia when he took his first company to a successful IPO at the age of 28.

To date, he has led half a dozen technology companies, six of which are listed on stock exchanges in the Asia-Pacific region. More recently, he founded Fatfish Internet Group ("Fatfish"). Kin-Wai is currently Chairman of iCandy Interactive Ltd. He also serves on the boards of various public and private technology companies in Asia and Europe, such as Sedania Innovator Berhad, Lunch Actually Group and iFashion Group.
