RN2 Technologies Co., Ltd. (XKON:A148250) announced a private placement of 2nd series unregistered coupon unguaranteed private convertible bonds for gross proceeds of KRW 6,000,000,000 on November 16, 2017. The transaction will include participation from new investor, Anda Mezzanine Hedge Fund 4 for KRW 3,000,000,000, Kiwoom Securities Co., Ltd., Investment Arm for KRW 2,000,000,000, C Squared Mezzanine Plus Hedge Fund 7 managed by Square asset management corporation, C Squared Mezzanine Plus Hedge Fund 10 managed by Square asset management corporation for KRW 400,000,000 each and C Squared Mezzanine Plus Hedge Fund 9 managed by Square asset management corporation for KRW 200,000,000. The bonds will be issued at par and does not carry a coupon. The bonds will mature on November 20, 2022. The bonds will be fully convertible into 708,382 shares of the company at a fixed conversion price of KRW 8,470 per share between the period of November 20, 2018 to October 20, 2022. The subscription and payment date is November 20, 2017. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
