On October 27, 2023, Lucie Henman-Roche declared to the AMF that she had individually exceeded the threshold of 5% of voting rights at the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of Roche Bobois, and held 4.87% of the capital and 5.30% of voting rights at the EGM of this company.

This threshold crossing results from the donation of bare ownership of Roche Bobois shares by Nathalie Roche to Lucie Henman-Roche.
