Business Aviation's best engine support network is growing

Rolls-Royce (LSE: RR., ADR: RYCEY) today announces at the NBAA-BACE in Las Vegas, USA, the further expansion of its global services infrastructure for business aviation customers in North America. The company is opening a new global AOG (Aircraft On Ground) support storage location on the US east coast and also expanding its global network of Authorised Service Centres (ASC).

Rolls-Royce (LSE: RR., ADR: RYCEY) today announces at the NBAA-BACE in Las Vegas, USA, the further expansion of its global services infrastructure for business aviation customers in North America. The company is opening a new global AOG (Aircraft On Ground) support storage location on the US east coast and also expanding its global network of Authorised Service Centres (ASC).

The new 10,000 ft² AOG support site in New York is located close to several airports, such as JFK, La Guardia and Newark as well as the busiest one in the United States for business aviation traffic, Teterboro in New Jersey.

This ideal location allows for swift movement of required support material to customers. The site, which will operate around the clock, will hold the widest range of parts, units and nacelles in the US. Its inventory system is directly connected to our 24/7 Business Aircraft Availability Centre, giving the Rolls-Royce team real-time visibility of available options for all customer support needs.

Through the close alignment with our logistics partner Kühne+Nagel the custom-designed facility has been brought from concept to reality in just a matter of months.

The opening of this store will play a key part in ensuring that our service continuously evolves to meet the high expectations associated with the Rolls-Royce brand."

Rolls-Royce also added new members to its ASC network, supporting the company's BR710 and Tay 611-8/8C engines in North America.

ASCs are an essential element of the Rolls-Royce services portfolio and add to the existing global service capabilities for its growing customer base. CorporateCare and CorporateCare Enhanced customers benefit from the network by enjoying faster response times and reduced maintenance time with simplified, streamlined administration wherever they fly.

Skyservice, the first Authorised Service Centres located in Canada with sites in Montreal, Toronto and Calgary, is now fully operational, working closely with the Rolls-Royce Canada MRO facility to service BR710A1/C4/A2 and Tay 611-8/8C customers in the region.

The addition of two new StandardAero ASCs in Springfield, IL, and Van Nuys, CA, is planned for early 2024. Both will support Gulfstream customers and the Rolls-Royce Tay 611-8/8C fleet, while the latter will additionally look after BR710A10/C4 engines in the region.

Rolls-Royce and StandardAero also agreed to renew the contracts for the existing Authorised Service Centres in Houston, TX, and Augusta, GA, for the AE 3007A and for Dallas, TX, supporting the BR710A1/A2/C4 engine types as well as the Tay 611-8/8C.
