TRADING HALT

At the request of Roma Group Limited (the ''Company''), trading in the shares of the Company on the Growth Enterprise Market of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited has been halted with effect from 1: 10 p.m. on 27 July 2017 pending the release of announcement of the Company in relation to two proposed acquisitions by the Company, which is inside information under the Inside Information Provisions.
