Public Joint Stock Company Rosneft Oil Company (LSE:ROSN) exercised the pre-emption right to acquire additional 37.5% stake in PCK Raffinerie GmbH from Shell Deutschland Oil GmbH on November 17, 2021. The transaction is subject to government and regulatory approvals. As on February 21, 2022, Germany's antitrust regulator as approved the transaction.
Germany decided to review the deal on the acquisition.
