RTX A/S Reports Unaudited Group Earnings Results for the First Quarter Ended December 31, 2012; Reaffirms Earnings Guidance for the Fiscal Year 2013

RTX A/S reported unaudited group earnings results for the first quarter ended December 31, 2012. For the quarter, the company's revenue was DKK 50,530,000 compared to DKK 44,290,000 a year ago. The 14.1% growth is primarily caused by increased sales in the business unit Enterprise & VoIP, where revenue increased from DKK 23.0 million to DKK 28.9 million equal to a growth of 25.3%. EBITDA was DKK 3.0 million compared to DKK 2.9 million a year ago. Operating profit was DKK 1,152,000 compared to DKK 1,452,000 a year ago. Profit before tax was DKK 1,362,000 compared to DKK 1,537,000 a year ago. Profit was DKK 1,330,000 or DKK 0.1 per diluted share compared to DKK 1,499,000 or DKK 0.2 per diluted share a year ago. Cash flows from operations was DKK 4,682,000 compared to cash used from operations of DKK 1,834,000 a year ago. Acquisition of property, plant and equipment was DKK 473,000 compared to DKK 30,000 a year ago. Return on equity was 0.8% compared to 1.1% a year ago.
The company reaffirmed its earnings guidance for the fiscal year 2013. For the period, the company still expects that it will realize a positive development in revenue in the range of DKK 200-210 million, and an operating profit (EBIT) in the range of DKK 4-6 million and an EBITDA in the range of DKK 12-14 million.
