RugVista Group AB (publ) reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was SEK 129.06 million compared to SEK 121.23 million a year ago. Revenue was SEK 129.31 million compared to SEK 121.67 million a year ago. Net income was SEK 10.16 million compared to net loss of SEK 0.115 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was SEK 0.49 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of SEK 0.01 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was SEK 0.49 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of SEK 0.01 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was SEK 309.33 million compared to SEK 307.2 million a year ago. Revenue was SEK 309.92 million compared to SEK 308.05 million a year ago. Net income was SEK 30.47 million compared to SEK 16.69 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was SEK 1.47 compared to SEK 0.8 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was SEK 1.47 compared to SEK 0.8 a year ago.
RugVista Group AB is a Sweden-based manufacturer of home furnishing products. RugVista Group offers online sales of carpets via online stores in 20 different languages through the brands RugVista and CarpetVista. The Company operates online platforms for carpet sales and offer its customers a wide and relevant range of design and traditional carpets with home delivery to consumers in different parts of Europe. RugVista offers its EU based customers free deliveries and returns free of charge. The business is divided into three segments: Private consumers (B2C), Business consumers (B2B), and Marketplaces & Other (MPO). The B2C segment represents the consumer market and is RugVistaâs core segment.
