RugVista Group AB (publ) reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was SEK 159.59 million compared to SEK 127.94 million a year ago. Revenue was SEK 160.04 million compared to SEK 128.4 million a year ago. Net income was SEK 15.19 million compared to SEK 13.02 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was SEK 0.73 compared to SEK 0.63 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was SEK 0.73 compared to SEK 0.63 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was SEK 468.92 million compared to SEK 435.14 million a year ago. Revenue was SEK 469.96 million compared to SEK 436.45 million a year ago. Net income was SEK 45.66 million compared to SEK 29.71 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was SEK 2.2 compared to SEK 1.43 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was SEK 2.2 compared to SEK 1.43 a year ago.
RugVista Group AB is a Sweden-based manufacturer of home furnishing products. RugVista Group offers online sales of carpets via online stores in 20 different languages through the brands RugVista and CarpetVista. The Company operates online platforms for carpet sales and offer its customers a wide and relevant range of design and traditional carpets with home delivery to consumers in different parts of Europe. RugVista offers its EU based customers free deliveries and returns free of charge. The business is divided into three segments: Private consumers (B2C), Business consumers (B2B), and Marketplaces & Other (MPO). The B2C segment represents the consumer market and is RugVistaâs core segment.
