S Connect Co., LTD. (KOSDAQ:A096630) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to KRW 3,000 million worth of its shares pursuant to a contract with Shinhan Investment & Securities. The purpose of the program is to improve shareholder value and to stabilize stock price.
The program will be valid until December 10, 2024. As of December 7, 2023, the company had no shares in treasury under the dividend capacity and no shares in treasury under other capacities.
