Kyung-Mok Yeo acquired 0.33% stake in S & D Co., Ltd. (XKON:A260970) from Jaeik Shin for KRW 44.9 million on January 3, 2018. Under the terms of the transaction, Kyung-Mok Yeo acquired 1,000 shares at KRW 44,850 per share. Upon completion, Kyung-Mok Yeo holds 8,294 shares in S & D Co., Ltd.

The seasonal food materials include grilled chicken concentrate, and Cheongyang red pepper seasoning powder. The Health Functional Food Material segment is involved in the manufacturing and sale of health functional food materials from natural products through biotechnology. The Bio Industry Material Segment manufactures and sells functional materials used in food, cosmetics, and drugs. The Other segment is subcontracted sale of products.
