Kyung-Mok Yeo acquired 1.2% stake in S & D Co., Ltd. (XKON:A260970) from Misook Cho, Yoonbong Lee, and Miran Lee for approximately KRW 170 million on April 20, 2018. Under the terms of the transaction, Kyung-Mok Yeo acquired 3,700 shares at KRW 44,850 per share. Upon completion, Kyung-Mok Yeo holds 0.01 million shares in S & D Co., Ltd.
Kyung-Mok Yeo completed the acquisition of 1.2% stake in S & D Co., Ltd. (XKON:A260970) from Misook Cho, Yoonbong Lee, and Miran Lee on April 20, 2018.
S&D Co., Ltd is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the production and sale of seasoning food materials. The Company operates its business through four segments. The Seasoning Food Material segment is involved in the manufacturing and sale of seasoning raw materials made from concentrated aquatic products. The seasonal food materials include grilled chicken concentrate, and Cheongyang red pepper seasoning powder. The Health Functional Food Material segment is involved in the manufacturing and sale of health functional food materials from natural products through biotechnology. The Bio Industry Material Segment manufactures and sells functional materials used in food, cosmetics, and drugs. The Other segment is subcontracted sale of products.
