(Alliance News) - Salcef Group Spa announced Wednesday that its subsidiaries Salcef Spa and Euroferroviaria Srl have won three tenders called by Rete Ferroviaria Italiana worth a total of EUR100 million.

In Sicily, the temporary association of companies with Eteria Consorzio Stabile Scarl as group leader won the tender for the executive design and construction of works to bury the line between Catania Acquicella and Bicocca, in the Catania node near Catania Fontanarossa airport. The contract has a value of more than EUR370 million, of which the group is responsible for about EUR33 million for the railway equipment, electrification and signaling activities.

In addition, Salcef was awarded two framework agreements for infrastructure maintenance. The first has a value of EUR33 million, also financed with PNRR funds, and includes the execution of works as part of a program of railway track renewal works on the Mandas-Arbatax, Sassari-Tempio-Palau, Isili-Sorgono and Macomer-Bosa regional tourist railway lines in Sardinia.

The second concerns the executive design and execution of acoustic rehabilitation works in Emilia Romagna, amounting to EUR35 million.

Salcef Group's stock is up 1.5 percent at EUR23.05 per share.
