The Board of Directors of San Miguel Food and Beverage, Inc. held on August 2, 2023, the Board approved the declaration of regular cash dividend of PHP 0.40 per share for common shareholders of the Company as of record date of August 16, 2023. Payment date is September 1, 2023.
