(Alliance News) - Sanderson Design Group PLC on Wednesday said it has further expanded its presence in the US as its Morris & Co brand struck a deal with New York-based fashion designer, Envogue International.

The Denham, England-based luxury interior furnishings company said the five-year agreement is exclusive for the production of Morris & Co linen products, and non-exclusive for a "broad range" of homeware items.

The first products from the partnership will be launched in the coming months for spring/summer 2024.

Sanderson expects to recognise accelerated licensing income of GBP700,000 in 2024 from the agreement.

Sanderson Chief Executive Officer Lisa Montague said: "We are delighted to sign this Morris & Co licensing agreement with Envogue in the North American market. The agreement builds on our strategic focus on the USA and marks further progress in the development of our licensing activities."

Shares in Sanderson were up 3.4% at 123.00 pence each in London on Wednesday afternoon.
