Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

Walker Greenbank PLC (AIM: WGB), the luxury interior furnishings group, announces the appointment of Michael Williamson, who joined the Company's Board on 18 December 2019 as Interim Chief Financial Officer, to the permanent role of Chief Financial Officer. His appointment takes place with immediate effect.

Since Lisa Montague, Chief Executive Officer, joined the Company in March 2019 she has strengthened the senior leadership team with appointments including Global Commercial Director, Group Operations Director and Group Marketing & Digital Director, and President & CEO of WG Inc., the Company's US subsidiary. Michael's appointment as Chief Financial Officer completes this process.
