From March 13, 2020 to March 31, 2020, the company has repurchased 350,000 shares, representing 2.75% for KRW 1,712.27 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 350,000 shares, representing 2.75% for KRW 1,712.27 million under the buyback announced on March 13, 2020.
SANGSIN ENERGY DISPLAY PRECISION CO., LTD. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture of secondary battery components. The Companyâs products consist of secondary battery components, including can type cases used for storage of battery electrolytes; breaker assemblies used for prevention of battery explosion; cap assemblies used for electricity flow, and others such as fuse assemblies, cap plates, terminal plates, lead plates, cap ups, tabs and sockets. It also involves in the manufacture of secondary battery pack assemblies, cap assemblies and others through its subsidiary. It distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas market.
