Sansha Electric Manufacturing Co.,Ltd. (TSE:6882) agreed to acquire Osaka Denso Kogyo Co., Ltd. from Takeyoshi Morikawa on October 27, 2021. Pursuant to the transaction, Sansha will acquire 0.024 million outstanding shares of Osaka and Osaka will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Sansha. The transfer of shares will take place on November 1, 2021.

The Power Equipment segment is mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of direct current power equipment, metal surface treatment power equipment, alternating current uninterrupted power equipment, motor control power equipment, electric furnace power equipment, dimming devices, light source machine power equipment, arc welding equipment, dental equipment and alternating current power equipment.
