Ekaterina Latypova has been appointed senior vice president, head of Strategy and Development, and supervisor of Sber's Agile Transformation Office.

Ekaterina joined the Sber team in 2015 as vice president, director of the Strategy and Development Department. Since August 2021, she has been heading the Strategy and Development Unit and supervising the Agile Transformation and Implementation of Change Tools Office, combining her functionality with new tasks.

She took an active part in Sber's key transformations, from the formation of a long-term strategic vision to the implementation of specific organizational and management initiatives. During this time, three Sber development strategies have been approved, and their monitoring tools were digitalized. Ekaterina was at the forefront of new solutions such as agile transformation, customer journey management, headcount modeling, etc.

Ekaterina Latypova graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University and Business School of Columbia University (USA, New York). She has several notes of gratitude from the President of the Russian Federation and a Sber Honorary Diploma.
