Giacom World Networks Limited acquired intY Limited from ScanSource, Inc. (NasdaqGS:SCSC) on December 19, 2023. The acquisition includes intY's UK revenues, partners, and business operations. Terence John O'brien and Andrew Kenneth Boland of Giacom, will join intY as a director on December 19, 2023.
Giacom World Networks Limited completed the acquisition of intY Limited from ScanSource, Inc. (NasdaqGS:SCSC) for $18 million on December 19, 2023. The consideration of $18 million is net of cash transferred.
ScanSource, Inc. is a hybrid distributor connecting devices to partners across hardware, software-as-a-service (SaaS), connectivity and cloud. The Company provides technology solutions and services from suppliers of mobility, barcode, point-of-sale (POS), payments, physical security and networking, communications and collaboration, connectivity and cloud services.
