Securitag Assembly Group Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 310.92 million compared to TWD 258.28 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 40.29 million compared to TWD 26.14 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.95 compared to TWD 0.73 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.95 compared to TWD 0.73 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was TWD 574.02 million compared to TWD 499.05 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 63.3 million compared to TWD 47.7 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 1.5 compared to TWD 1.34 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 1.5 compared to TWD 1.34 a year ago.
Securitag Assembly Group Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and distribution of radio frequency identification (RFID) tags and RFID labels. The Company mainly provides RFID tags, including silicone bangle wristbands, metal stick tags, laundry tags and others, and RFID labels, including smart labels, cube smart labels, tamper proof labels and others. The Company also provides proximity cards, including clamshell cards, key tag cards, thermo rewrite cards and others; RFID keyfobs, including sailboat keyfobs, thumb keyfobs, pear epoxy keyfobs, mini keyfobs, arch keyfob tags, translucent keyfobs and others, and inlay products, such as cube inlays. Its products are used in gate systems, electronic wallets, member cards, asset management and other areas. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
