SEOHAN Const. & Eng.co.,LTD. (KOSDAQ:A011370) agreed to acquire 28.91% stake in Seohan Kite Enterprise REIT 11 Co., Ltd. for KRW 15.9 billion on July 17, 2017. Under the terms of the transaction, SEOHAN Const. & Eng.co.,LTD. will acquire approximately 1.6 million shares of Seohan Kite Enterprise REIT 11 Co., Ltd. On July 17, 2017, Board of SEOHAN Const. & Eng.co.,LTD. resolved the transaction. The transaction is expected to complete on July 26, 2017.

Through its civil engineering business, the Company is engaged in the construction of drainage facilities, landscaping, streets, railways, subways, waste treatment facilities, sewage treatment facilities, bridges and others. The Company is also involved in the electric work, housing sale and real estate leasing businesses.
