Seohan Const. & Eng. Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A011370) agreed to acquire 51,597 square meters of land in Daegu City from Korea Land & Housing Corp. for KRW 47.8 billion on May 7, 2013. The Board of Directors of Seohan Const. & Eng. passed a resolution for the transaction on May 7, 2013. The transaction is expected to close by May 6, 2018.
