Seohan Const. & Eng. Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A011370) agreed to acquire C-1 Block, Daegok 2 Housing Development Area, Dalseo-gu, Daegu-si, South Korea from Korea Land & Housing Corp. for KRW 62.7 billion on May 27, 2014. Seohan Const. & Eng. Co., Ltd. will deposit KRW 6.27 billion on May 27, 2014, will deposit KRW 9.4 billion on November 27, 2014, will deposit KRW 9.4 billion on May 27, 2015, will deposit KRW 9.4 billion on November 27, 2015, will deposit KRW 9.4 billion on May 27, 2016, will deposit KRW 9.4 billion on November 27, 2016, and will deposit KRW 9.4 billion on May 27, 2017. Board of Directors of Seohan Const. & Eng. Co., Ltd. made a resolution in favor of the transaction on May 27, 2014. The scheduled acquisition date is May 27, 2017.
