Young-Nam Cheon, Sango Joon Lee, Mun-Seok Jang, Seong-Bo Hwang, Jong-Woon Park, and Joon-Ho Kim acquired 8.7% stake in SETi Co., Ltd (KOSE:A114570) from Seoul Electronics & Telecom Co. Ltd. (KOSE:A027040) for KRW 2 billion on January 21, 2013. Seoul Electronics & Telecom Co. Ltd. sold 1 million shares at the price of KRW 2,000 per share and reduced its holding to 0.5 million shares. Young-Nam Cheon acquired 0.25 million shares, Sango Joon Lee acquired 0.15 million shares, Mun-Seok Jang acquired 0.15 million shares, Seong-Bo Hwang acquired 0.15 million shares, Jong-Woon Park acquired 0.2 million shares, and Joon-Ho Kim acquired 0.1 million shares. In related transaction, Seoul Electronics & Telecom Co. Ltd sold 1.3 million shares in open market.
