AND NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF THE INTERIM REPORT OF SESA GROUP

The Board of Directors of Sesa S.p.A. approved the following financial calendar for the Fiscal Year May 2022

• April 2023:
• • July 12, 2022: Board of Directors - Approval of the draft of the Statutory and Consolidated Financial Statements as of April 30, 2022;
  • August 25, 2022 and, if necessary, August 26, 2022: Shareholders' Meeting - Approval of the Statutory Financial Statements and presentation of Consolidated Financial Statements as of April 30, 2022;
  • September 13, 2022: Board of Directors - Approval of the Interim Report as of July 31, 2022;
  • December 19, 2022: Board of Directors - Approval of the Half-Year Financial Report as of October 31, 2022;
  • March 11, 2023: Board of Directors - Approval of the Interim Report as of January 31, 2023.

In the event of any changes to the corporate events for the Fiscal Year, Sesa S.p.A. will promptly notify.
