Shanghai Taisheng Wind Power Equipment Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300129) will acquire an additional 19% stake in Taisheng Wind Power (Beijing) Technology Development Co., Ltd. from Beijing Jufu Technology Development Center (Limited Partnership) for CNY 0 on July 15, 2020. After the transfer, Shanghai Taisheng Wind Power will hold a 70% and Beijing Jufu Technology Development Center (Limited Partnership) will hold a 30% stake in Taisheng Wind Power (Beijing) Technology Development. The transaction has been approved in the 10th Meeting of Shanghai Taisheng Wind’s 4th Directorate and does not need the shareholders’ approval.
