Sharecare, Inc. (NasdaqGS:SHCR) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to $50 million worth of its common shares. The company expects to fund the repurchase program from its existing cash and cash equivalents.
The program will be valid for 12 months till May 31, 2024. As at March 31, 2023, the company had 356,289,293 issued and outstanding shares.
