BOA SA, formerly Dr Kendy SA, is a Poland-based company active in the food processing sector. It is engaged in the marketing and distribution of sweets sold in metal cans under the brand name Dr Kendy. Its range of offering consists of such products as Orange Sweets, Multivitamin Sweets, which are staffed fruit drops available in three flavors - orange, grapefruit and lemon, as well as Cola Sweets, Grape Sweets, Pineapple Sweets and Ice Sweets. The Company operates three logistic centers, located near Warsaw and Katowice, and a warehouse, located in Radzymin. As of December 31, 2011 the Company's major shareholder was Aidan The One, holding a 52.47% stake in the capital.
