Hany Samir Abdelmobdy Gad signed the Equity Transfer Agreement to acquire Brilliant lifts Australia Pty Ltd from Shenyang Yuanda Intellectual Industry Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002689) for AUD 1000 recently. For the year ended on June 30, 2021, Brilliant lifts Australia Pty Ltd reported total assets of AUD 3.330411 million and Net assets of AUD -10.43851 million. The transaction is subject to approval from Shenzhen Stock Exchange, If it is not approved, Shenyang Yuanda Intellectual Industry Group Co., Ltd. will submit it to the general meeting of shareholders for deliberation in accordance with relevant regulations. The transaction has been approved by board of Shenyang Yuanda Intellectual Industry Group Co., Ltd.
